Zero stars. The tow truck driver that State Farm sent got into an accident with my mother's car on Christmas Eve 2022. They cracked the bumper, the lower grill, and messed up the brackets that hold in the headlights. Sam called after it happened and told us that they would fix the damage at their cost. Well, here it is, July 2023 and we still have no bumper. After being told it was painted and ready to be put on, they move their location and suddenly the bumper isn't at that location. They originally quoted us a time frame of less than 3 hours, telling us we could come bring it in and wait while they do it . Well, now they want us to leave our ONLY mode of transportation so they can screw us like the rest of the people in the reviews who waited MONTHS to get their vehicle back. Sorry that isn't happening to us. Jordan has done nothing but string my mother along and lie to her. We try to call, no answer, no call back. After being put on hold for a half hour, we tried to call back and they wouldn't answer!! That's a GREAT way to do business isn't it?!? I guess we will be seeing them in small claims court since they think they can wreck people's vehicles and then screw them over. Jordan's new story today, 7/11/23, is that the bumper is only primed, not painted and that he never said it would only take 3 hours or less. Well, according to our REAL mechanic, it should be an hour and a half if there are no issues. Stay as far away from this business as you can!!! We will be reporting them to State Farm and most likely channels 2, 4 and 7 as we can see this is a regularly occurring problem at this shop. We will be in on Friday 7/14/23, this is your heads up Jordan to have the bumper, painted or not. We want to see proof that you even have it. Thanks!
