Very unprofessional,they raise their voice at you. Treat you as though you are beneath the they talk a good game when they selling the service and when you have paid thousands of dollars for the service. My car came back with more problems then what it went in for. Please save you hard earned money and find another shop to do your car repairs.

THE BEST auto service I've ever known! I used to work in an auto shop, I've managed my own car services and part replacements/troubleshooting and I've been to many places over my years across the states. Best thing>they're open on Saturdays!! Most services places aren't because they don't carry many parts and most part stores are closed on Saturdays. This team had nearly no wait, were able to take us asap for 60k mile service along with break replacements WHILE honoring what we had already done elsewhere/on our own; offered different tiers of parts; AND gave us a discount we never even asked for. I do have to mention they missed giving us the complementary car wash that I DID ask about but it rained soon after and did a pretty good job. We no longer live in the Southfield area yet I'd drive out from our new home in SE MI just for them!

I came in not knowing if it was my starter or a bad key, because my car was in auto theft mode. As soon as I walked through the doors they were very helpful. They explained everything to me in what type of work they will be doing (being I don’t know much of anything about cars). I had a starter replaced and wiring replaced. They worked very fast, updated me in the process. They also have very nice and clean waiting area and restroom. I would say this is the best service I have ever received from a mechanic shop.
