WARNING: On Friday, January 14th at 1:30 a.m. our parked car was rear ended by a hit and run driver. After the police recorded the incident I called our insurance company and arranged to have our vehicle towed less than a mile to Gerber Collision. The vehicle was picked up at 10:30 a.m. the same morning and never deposited at our collision shop. Total Car Care at 19424 Middlebelt Rd. in Livonia took it to their storage lot until yesterday, Tuesday the 18th. After countless calls and excuses it was discovered that this company has a reputation of playing this unethical game to accrue storage fees and charging insurance companies. Gratefully our car was picked up from TCC by another towing company (but not released until those storage fees were paid) and delivered to Gerber. Sadly this is the world we live in! I will be forwarding this information to the BBB.
Horrible service, initially I was informed after service; my car is rigged with a hanger, which was never the case until now. Now, I have to go to another shop, to fix something that was never an issue until now. Terrible quality of service.
They were very handy and made my car work good as new. The only complaint i had was they took 6 days to fix it and wouldn’t give me a straight estimate on how long it would take to fix it. Other than that they are very good with prices and they give great discounts.
WHat I liked most was they stand behind their work and very professional and a clean shop I highly recommend them.

This actually was not our first choice. The tow truck service recommended TCC and honestly I felt uneasy because of issues we've had with mechanics before. (I did feel a lot better after reading the reviews.) they fixed the issue in a timely manner and gave me a discount for my military service. Very professional and quick service. I would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you Moe
