I had my car towed here after an accident on North Western Highway. I rear ended someone which caused my transmission fluid to leak out. The tow truck driver was very kind and drove me to my house 2 miles down the road to unload my groceries before taking my vehicle to the shop. My car was in this shop for almost a month. No one responded to my requests for updates on my vehicle until I called back frustrated for the third day in a row. When no one answered the phone they were unable to take messages because the mailbox is full. A week later, I am experiencing unusual shaking under my hood when my car is in idle and I am not able to get a hold of the shop. No one answers the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with.

Excellent service ,prompt and courteous

I was brought to Total Car Care by a tow truck driver. He said these guys are the best. Soon after getting there I agreed. Moe was super kind. I appreciate him and their whole team. I will always bring my vehicles to TCC. I was about to call an Uber to get home and Moe agreed to take me and my daughters home. I haven’t experienced that type of kindness in a long time. There are still amazing people in this world. Thank you Moe for being One of them. You are somebody I can trust.

These guys worked hard and very professional.

So these guys are getting it done, quick easy service. Had one of the cars there started at the service they took care of the suspension same day and gave me a great deal with body work at the collision side. Anything a car needs they do it there. A1 service

Horrible service! They kept lying saying that the ETA was one thing, and then sending another. The driver even lied and said he dropped my car off at the destination location, when indeed he had not…it was still sitting on the lot, I believe so that they could try and get more storage fees out of me. The fact that I had to keep calling, and people were acting really incompetent…I do not recommend anyone use this company 😡 They are very dishonest and unprofessional

They should change their name to TOTAL F’N BS! 4 F’N hours after requesting a tow (through Progressive, which Progressive should stop doing business with them) they tell me I should call someone else, they’re too busy. They should have told me that one of the three F’N times I called them for an update. F TOTAL CAR CARE! A complete dumpster fire of a company.
