I wish I had the gentleman’s name who helped me this evening. He was sent through State Farm to help and he was here in excellent timing, was helpful and very courteous and efficient.. His customer service was excellent and he was there to get the job done and keep moving. Good worker to have as he is productive for company and a pleasure to customers. Thank you sir, you are appreciated by this customer, especially on this very chilly evening. Thank you!!! :)

I took my car there because they were on my warranty list. They are honest and efficient. I was very satisfied with the service on my Ford Fusion.

Where to start.. unorganized, shop is a mess. No leadership skills. Technician's that work on the vehicles are not qualified at all. Unprofessional staff that will lie and swindle you plan on your car being there for multiple months and being unsatisfied once they finally (complete) it!

Great Customer service is getting harder and harder to come by especially in the service world because many today don't seem to care, that was far from my experience with Total Car Care. They were fast and extremely friendly all my questions were answered professionally and they didn't make me feel silly about it. I will definitely get my car serviced here again. If you say that you've received bad service then it's you who sucks. Thank Guys!!!

They did a really good job with repairing my water pump and radiator. The staff is also nice and friendly.

My wife and I have interacted with the employees and staff of Total car care and the service has been excellent. We have recommended total car care to our family and friends. In fact Freddie and Pete, Take the time to listen and they treat you like family.

Earlier today I was unable to start my 2016 VW Tiguan and called VW Troy they stated that my car needed to be towed and the key fob needed to be reprogramed to call my insurance (Progressive) to have car towed. Estimate could be $250 + Progressive sent Total Car Care & within seconds Chris advised that all I needed was a new battery Total cost $16. @ CVS Thank you So Much for your honesty & fast service. I will definitely contact you when my car needs repair in the future.

Peter and the guys at Total Car Care are a God send !! They replaced my engine in my 2013 Yukon Denali and they were VERY patient and caring with me during that time because I was also dealing with a warranty company ( and we know how that can be trying) but Peter and the guys never wavered with me and stayed steadfast in helping resolve my problems and I will recommend them to all my family and friends

Our car broke down during our stay and we were stranded. They got us back on the road fast and the price was fair.
