I recommend this car repair co. My car was leaking coolant and running hot. I was devastated. I called the shop I usually take my car too and they said it will cost me $125 to look at it. I called other places and they said $75 and up! I finally called total car care. Peter said come in and I'll look at it no fee!😁😁 From the time I brought in and picked up I received thorough service. He was patient with me paying for my car. And when I picked it up I was pleased with the work they did on my car! Definitely recommend☺️😁

Great shop. Always willing to go through and explain what they are fixing on your vehicle. I’ve gone here for all my car repairs the past year and will keep going

I received great service for issues with my radiator hose and water pump feeding pipe. I was grateful that parts were available quickly and the overall customer service and care I received from Adam was amazing. I will be returning for routine maintenance and so thankful they were there to help get me back on the road in no time.

Slow leak in one of my tires. I walked in asked if can fixed my tire. Moe/Total car care ask for my keys. In just a little bit of time. The tech informed me that I should replace that tire because the tire has 3 plug now. Walked up to pay for repair of tire and Moe/TCC said no charge. Just don't see that type of kindness anymore. Thank you, Moe. You are a hero. My vehicle take my son-in-law to his cancer treatments, my grandson to college, and any errands the needs to get done. Thank you again , Moe. Means the world to me.

There folks were contacted via USAA Roadside. Our truck is literally a few miles down the road from this business on Telegraph Rd, in Southfield. We have been waiting for TWO HOURS AND THIRTY MINUTES FOR A TOW from them. We are still waiting as I type this. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
