I am impressed. I scheduled a repair appointment to resolve a power steering issue with my 2012 Buick Verano and they were able to fix it at a fair market cost, in fact better than I could have gotten at a GM Buick dealership. They were able to complete the job the same day after having to order some parts to get the job done. They are very professional with high quality service. Due your own due diligence, but I know where I am taking my car in the future for my car repair work.

We had a great experience using TTC's Mobile Battery Technician! They came to the car and changed the battery on the spot. This saved a tow charge and Eddy the tech was very friendly and reliable! TTC is highly recommended and we appreciate the great service!

I have been in the Automotive Industry for over 20 years and never encountered this level of service. Peter and the Total Car Care team are a 10++ on any scale. 🙂 The 5 star rating can't express my appreciation for their overall service. I would not recommend using Total Car Care for service. I am a small dealership that was trying to give them some business. My experience has been they have stated to do work that was NOT done and had to be redone elsewhere. NOT A FAN. This was the best shop I have been to in a very long time! My tires were extremely bad and I looked at multiple places to get brand new tires, I was tired of getting used ones! So I searched hard and the prices I was told from other companies were wayyyyy to high! I contacted Total car care on Telegraph and spoke to a guy name Peter and he gave me the absolute best price possible with extra incentives!
