I had a break down on evergreen, Ulysses known to Total Car Car towed my van and placed it in a secured after hour lot at the Telegraph location at TCC. (wow). Car was fixed next day, then I lost my job. I had expensive somewhat major work done on my Van, struts, radiator, steering and rods and more. They were so kind to hold my van with half down given after a month or two and NOT bager me for the rest, not charing me storage all while Freddy was listening to my cries of a women having a crisis. well Here comes MOE saying it's the holiday season we are blessing a few of our customers and you're one of them. As a result a $1600 bill with a $800 balance turned out the owner Abe took care of me and worked a deal, thank you Moe WOW! They were already Kind, pefesaional, courtious and encouraging. I will forever bring my cars to be fixed here, I trust them, this has been A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Bless this place and for sure you Moe. One heck of of a satisfied customer. I had my car towed here after an accident on North Western Highway. I rear ended someone which caused my transmission fluid to leak out. The tow truck driver was very kind and drove me to my house 2 miles down the road to unload my groceries before taking my vehicle to the shop. My car was in this shop for almost a month. No one responded to my requests for updates on my vehicle until I called back frustrated for the third day in a row. When no one answered the phone they were unable to take messages because the mailbox is full. A week later, I am experiencing unusual shaking under my hood when my car is in idle and I am not able to get a hold of the shop. No one answers the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Service: Transmission

So my transmission on my 2017 caddy xt5 gave me this weird notification that the transmission would not be able to shift soon, i ignored it until it was stuck in my garage. The tow truck guy came and the cadicllac dealer of novi and other places couldn’t see me until november6th I was absolutely not able to wait that long, as I drive a lot, the tow truck guy said he knew a place and I literally took his word for it…. Turned out to be this place and they sorted me out , in two days, and they got me financing for the job that was 1200 but 2500 elsewhere, very happy with my service! I will be bringing my car here from now on Freddy was the guy to talk to always picked up the phone and always kept me informed of what was going on ! Thanks guys!
